Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something execute_api does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls execute_api itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PPN Hub — public APIs over MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
