Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://api.prereason.com/api/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something check_access does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls check_access itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PreReason's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

PreReason will not start until these are set, so check_access never becomes available.
