Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something link_telegram does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls link_telegram itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ProxyCove's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
