Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something recommend_md_count does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls recommend_md_count itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that QSimHealth's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
