Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something list_example_algorithms does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_example_algorithms itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Quantum Expectations's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
