Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something ratchet_list_effects does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls ratchet_list_effects itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ratchet's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
