Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something bulk_create_graph_relationships does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls bulk_create_graph_relationships itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that RationalBloks's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
