    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something relm_set_spend_cap does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls relm_set_spend_cap itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Relm CRM's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
