Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something rowhint_get_best_seats does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls rowhint_get_best_seats itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that seat intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
