Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something submit_quantum_job does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls submit_quantum_job itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that RQM Studio Jobs's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
