Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something harbor_how does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls harbor_how itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MCP Harbor's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
