Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something list_provincial_rates does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_provincial_rates itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that scrap autos mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
