Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something oligo_pool_screen does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls oligo_pool_screen itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that workbench's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
