    Save the file and restart Cline.

    Ask for something sanger_indel_spectrum does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls sanger_indel_spectrum itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that workbench's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
