Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something deployments_set does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls deployments_set itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ShipStatic's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
ShipStatic will not start until these are set, so deployments_set never becomes available.
