Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something remove_annotation does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls remove_annotation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ShowMeOnMap's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
ShowMeOnMap will not start until these are set, so remove_annotation never becomes available.
