Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something regulatory_stats does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls regulatory_stats itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Hermes — Air Quality Intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
