Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something match_use_case does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls match_use_case itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SPLIDIA — operational notes and capabilities's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
