Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something open_discrepancy does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls open_discrepancy itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Spoolis's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
