    Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

    Ask for something get_intel_join does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_intel_join itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Stratalize Governance's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
