Add Stripe to Claude Code

    Run this in your project directory. 

claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.stripe.com

    Restart your session so the server is picked up.

  2. 03

    Ask for something retrieve_balance does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls retrieve_balance itself — you do not invoke it by name.

  3. 04

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Stripe's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
