Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something set_sulvo_onboarding_journey does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls set_sulvo_onboarding_journey itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that audit's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
