    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something envelope_upload_final does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls envelope_upload_final itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Tamgara's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
