Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something vin_validate does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls vin_validate itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Temsor API — Turkey & EU business data's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
