    Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

    Ask for something developer-tools__search_github does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls developer-tools__search_github itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that enterprise mcp gateway's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
