Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something thruact_proxy does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls thruact_proxy itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Thruact's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
