Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something formation__get_training does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls formation__get_training itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that intelligence gateway's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
