Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something currency_reference_rates does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls currency_reference_rates itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TradeAlmanac's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
