Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something trendsfast_discover_trends does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls trendsfast_discover_trends itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TrendsFast's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
