Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something dispatch_wave does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls dispatch_wave itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Agent City Wars's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
