Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something create_http_monitor does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_http_monitor itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that UptyBots's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
