Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something cot_positioning does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls cot_positioning itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that XOOMAR market data's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
