Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something subtensor_weights_activity does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls subtensor_weights_activity itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that crypto intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
