Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something submission_list_media does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls submission_list_media itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ClusterHack's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
