Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something extract_markdown_outline does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls extract_markdown_outline itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that DocMorph Studio's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
