Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http hackshop-mcp https://www.hackshop.dev/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something get_build_plan does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_build_plan itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that hackshop's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
hackshop will not start until these are set, so get_build_plan never becomes available.
