Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something dns_diagnose_sip_target does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls dns_diagnose_sip_target itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Sipflow's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
