Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something validate_e164_number does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls validate_e164_number itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Sipflow's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
