Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http sparkads https://sparkads.dev/api/mcp/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something update_creative does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls update_creative itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SparkAds's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
