Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something delete_monitor does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls delete_monitor itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Starwell: World Data & Statistics's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
