Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something search_recompetes does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls search_recompetes itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Awardtide Recompete Radar's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
