Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something rates_latest does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls rates_latest itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FX Reference Rates's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
