Ask for something ide_rebuild_mesh does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls ide_rebuild_mesh itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Affine.Earth Math Court's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
