Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something resize_database_storage does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls resize_database_storage itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Dockhold's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
