Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something detect_eye_shape does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls detect_eye_shape itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that iLook Face Analysis's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
