Ask for something analyze_shared_report does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls analyze_shared_report itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that OutilsIA — Conseiller IA locale's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
