Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http mcp-server https://api.proof.holdings/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something add_verification_provider does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls add_verification_provider itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Proof Holdings's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
