Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something resend_email_otp does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls resend_email_otp itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Proof Holdings's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
