Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something create_github_issue does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_github_issue itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Vynix's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Vynix will not start until these are set, so create_github_issue never becomes available.
