Ask for something astroway_mcp_streaming does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls astroway_mcp_streaming itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AstroWay Forecasting's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
